Overview :

Lambda is committed to product excellence and technological expertise in state-of-the-art passive waveguide components, integrated assemblies, filters, diplexers, multiplexers, BTS Antennas and active components. The company was incorporated in 1982 to develop and manufacture high quality passive microwave products and services to growing markets such as radar, electronic warfare, navigation systems and communications. Our technical staff and production facilities enable the company to respond quickly to customer’s needs.

Our aspiration is to achieve the highest quality performance, reliability, service and on-time delivery. This goal has aggravated Lambda to maintain sturdy growth for the past several years.

Originally founded in 1997 as Senor Microwaves, the company specialized in waveguide passive components. In 1998 Lambda microwaves was founded and focused on Telecom components.

An Era of Continued Growth :

By 2000, due to expanded offerings and additional manufacturing requirements, Lambda assembled a team of engineers and moved into a modern, custom-designed 20,000 square foot facility. Lambda started with new microwave products such as RF Absorbers, Coaxial passive Components, MIC Components, ISM antennas etc.

In 2002 Lambda developed Telecom accessories for Mobile Networks for OEMs like Sterling (now Vodafone) and Ericsson and LMPL became a member of the Senor Lambda Group of companies.

In 2006 lambda invested heavily on R&D, test facilities and opened R & D Centre for microwave components. The R & D centre has been approved by DSIR, GOI.

Facilities :

Lambda has 20000 sq foot of prototype development centre and about 5000 sq foot of R & D Lab at Faridabad in an Industrial area about 3o km close to Delhi, Capital of India.

The production facilities have been shifted to Baddi, a tax Free Zone in Himachal State (North of India) in different entities under umbrella of senor lambda group.

Brazing and Induction Heating:

Lambda has the expertise for brazing and induction heating for all types of waveguide materials and flanges.

Metal Finishing:

Lambda has facility for silver plating / gold plating of waveguide inner surfaces and powder coating of outer waveguide surfaces.

Bending:

Lambda has both manual and hydraulic-assist waveguide bending machines that ensure smooth bending to meet mechanical and electrical performance specifications.

Lambda Microwave is a technology-driven company that offers solutions for complex custom microwave products and integrated subsystems that meet or exceed performance specifications for a range of Broadcast, Mobile Networks and Radar. Engineering and product capabilities cover the complete RF microwave/millimeter wave frequency range to 40 GHz.
